
136 year old French luxury lingerie brand Aubade opens its first stand-alone store in London on South Molton Street.
The retailer opened a 418 sq ft store featuring lingerie,
swimwear, loungewear and accessories at 4 South Molton Street, in
the West End, this autumn.
Aubade was founded in 1875 in France when its creator Dr Bernard
created a girdle and corset-making company. The first Aubade store
opened in France in 2006.
Duncan Gilliard, of Cushman & Wakefield is advising Aubade,
said: "Aubade is a very strong brand which is expanding
internationally and has just opened its first store in Copenhagen.
As well as South Molton Street the retailer plans to open in other
high-end Central London areas."
