Grosvenor is a privately owned property group active in some of the world's most dynamic cities.
Stow's London portfolio includes a number of properties on the Grosvenor Estate and it is a joint venture partner of Grosvenor in two Mayfair commercial property investments.
Solidere
The Lebanese Company for the Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District s.a.l. (Solidere) was established in 1994 as a private joint-stock company to master-plan and implement the reconstruction and regeneration of Beirut Central District (BCD). Solidere's BCD masterplan aims to create the finest city centre in the region.
Stow has three projects in the BCD masterplan area, Marina Towers, the Beirut Waterfront Development and Stow Wadi. Solidere is a joint venture partner of Stow in the Beirut Waterfront Development.
