Walid Daouk joined the Company in 2003, and is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Property, Commercial and Civil law. He is instrumental in providing the Group with advice on managing legal risk in relation to the Group's operations and investment activities.

Walid Daouk's extensive involvement with international banking and real estate clients has led him to hold board positions in some of the leading corporates in the Middle Eastern region. These include Fransabank SAL, BLC Bank SAL, and Bancassurance. He is a senior partner in the law firm Takla, Trad, Daouk (Law Offices) and is Vice Chairman of the International Affairs Commission within the Beirut Bar Association and was member of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Red Cross Central Committee.
