Samer Bissat joined the Group in 2003 and is responsible for the management of development projects. He acted as assistant General Manager in relation to the Beirut Waterfront Development and was responsible for managing the company budgets, obtaining subsidies, and contractual negotiations. He undertook the role of VP Development in Stow Marina and assisted in the sales and marketing efforts as well as identifying new business opportunities. He was also instrumental in negotiating the Beirut Waterfront Development joint venture with Solidere.

Prior to this, he was Deputy General Manager with Allied Maintenance Company in Saudi Arabia where he managed a 1,200 person operations and maintenance company with several local projects. He graduated from the University of Texas obtaining a MS in Civil Engineering and BS in Architectural Engineering. He further completed the course work for Masters in Business Administration from the Ecole Superieure des Affaires.
