The global vision, direction and strategy of the Group is set by the Board whose international perspective is supported by experienced local asset advisory and management teams in the target regions. Group administration is handled by our team in Geneva.

The London-based UK team has a strong track record in the West End commercial real estate sector as well as specialist expertise in aviation related investment. A key strength of the team is its multi-disciplinary in-house skill set which allows it to operate across a wide range of value enhancing activity.

The Beirut-based team has a regional Middle East mandate with a focus and strength in Lebanon which has extended recently into Oman. The team specializes in development and development management as its core activities, focusing on high-value product where it has successfully set new standards in design and construction.
